Additional checklist for special desks: 1. Desk with underframe: Ensure the contact surface width between the clip plate and metal rim is ≥50mm(1.97"). Otherwise, it will not be clamped. 2. Desk with side panel: Ensure the distance between the desktop edge and the side panel is ≥60mm(2.37"). Otherwise, it will not be clamped. 3. Desk with back panel: Ensure the depth between the desktop and back panel is ≥100mm(3.94"). Otherwise, it will not be clamped.

Important note: The gas spring is pre-set to medium tension (not applicable to all displays). You'll need to adjust the tension according to your monitor's weight once mounted.

If the VESA plate is crooked or not straight, secure the stand to the desk, attach the monitor, then hold the sides and rotate vigorously. If that doesn't work, please ask for our help.

This monitor stand will fit your setup if: your monitor is ≤32'', the VESA pattern is 75x75mm or 100x100mm, the weight is 4.4-17.6lbs, and your desk thickness is 0.39''-1.97''(clamp mount) or 0.39''-3.15''with hole diameter of 0.39''-2.36''(grommet mount).

For VESA patterns 200x100mm or 200x200mm, purchase the MU9010 VESA extender adapter. If your VESA exceeds this range or has no holes, you'll need a suitable VESA adapter.

If your desktop is thicker than 4.53'', just contact us for a longer clamp.

No, this monitor arm cannot be mounted on a glass table for safety reasons. Install a reinforcement desk plate (model MU0038) if mounting on glass.
